How do we market your property?
Each home will be beautifully presented and listed with an availability calendar syncing back to its booking platform on our site. This seamless integration allows us to host your property, adjust your rates according to current market and promotions, screen guests, manage all communications and provide 24/7 care, facilitating a smooth turnaround for your guests and services.
Holiday Partners will create and keep your listing and property descriptions updated, provide professional photography packages if required, provide additional marketing through various channels including social media tools, community engagement, Google Analytics, seasonal targeted promotions, property signage, SEO strategies, and in-depth market research.
These efforts are designed to drive traffic to our website and increase visibility for your property and keep your home booked all year round.
How do I list my property?
Simple, contact us for a chat, make sure you are aware of any contractual obligations that already exist with your current listing agent. If you are under no obligation and you have given the agent adequate notice of your leave, we will then discuss our fees and begin the transition and onboarding process to Holiday Partners.
An assessment of your property will be carried out to identify whether property photos and information are up to date, STRA compliance is in place and you are currently Registered, discuss you needs and requirements and build a contract for your property.
From there, we will organise any work that is needed to be carried out on site, organise your listing for our website platform and build the online connections and booking platforms ready for your approval. Once all is in place, we will actively begin presenting and marketing.
