Located 200m walk to Manyana Beach makes it easy to swim and return home with ease and be able to enjoy the afternoon sun for dog walks on the sand with your favourite four-legged friend.
Enough room for everyone with a pool table in the rumpus room downstairs to keep occupied when you are not at the beach or adventuring on a bush walk.
Bring your boats, kayaks, fishing gear or mountain bikes, there is plenty to do here.
Aqua is perfectly situated to allow bright lit sunny spots in the upstairs bedrooms and kitchen area making the house warm and inviting, on cold evenings light the combustion fire inside and enjoy the view into the back yard as the afternoon sun lowers in the sky.
There are four bedrooms to choose from with two queen beds and two single beds in the upstairs rooms and queen bed off the Rumpus room downstairs along with a small bathroom and laundry.
Plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street.
Manyana is quiet and peaceful in the cooler months offering a great winter getaway especially for surfers that enjoy waters that are not crowded.
School holidays and peak season over December and January offer a vibrant holiday community with many visitors enjoying our beaches, bush and the nearby lakes.
Markets are held the first week in January, Easter Holidays and in October, showcasing local artists and community.
Manyana also has its own tennis and basketball courts as well as a small skate park and soccer field, you will need to bring your own equipment.

Linen and Bath Towels are provided for your stay, however, you will need to bring your own beach towels.
