Our vision includes creating a seamless concierge system tailored to your needs, from 5-star Cleaning and Housekeeping with environmentally friendly products and professional equipment to ensure your home is sparkling clean, property maintenance by our in-house Carpenter, to offering a private commercial Laundry Service for your styled linen or opting for our convenient Linen Hire Service.
What is Hosting and how does it work?
Hosting involves Holiday Partners Manyana managing your property on our website and other holiday platforms such as AirBnB, Booking.com, Google, VRBO and Stayz.
We receive your bookings, communicate and provide customer services with your guests, manage check-in and check-out, 24/7 contact while your property is occupied, and ensure that your property is being marketed to drive higher occupancy – this includes trending rates and marketing promotions.
Holiday Partners Manyana do not hold your funds. Payments from guests go directly to nominated accounts. Our percentage fee automatically gets directed to our account once you approve the nominated percentage amount from your Owner Account.
Currently, a Property Manager in NSW is unable to hold your funds until Department of Trading issues you with a Real Estate Class 1 Licence in On Site Property Management, which for myself, Lynley and our Housekeeping Manager, Ashley, is underway and to be completed later in 2024.
