Building + Maintenance

Chris Hughes, husband, and other half of Manyana Cleaning and Maintenance, whose skills are essential in laying down the foundations of our business, has over 30 years of carpentry experience under his belt, and 26 years as a quick-thinking problem-solving firefighter. Chris brings a wealth of expertise to the table, ensuring that we can provide comprehensive solutions for all aspects of your property care.

Our Fees

At Manyana Cleaning we've designed a flexible schedule for our Holiday Home Cleaning, with slots available between 10 am and 3 pm to ensure efficient turnovers during busy periods.

If guests request late check-outs, we're happy to accommodate whenever possible. However, late check-outs and cancellations within 24 hours of departure or arrival may incur fees if cleaning schedules can't be adjusted.

During off-peak weekends, we take a more relaxed approach. Check-out cleans are carried over to Mondays, ensuring your property is secure, and any necessary rubbish and dirty linen are removed and taken care of promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority, so please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or requests – we’re here to help!

We want to ensure transparency about our fees, which are aligned with industry standards for professional Holiday Home Cleaning. These rates enable us to pay our staff fair wages in accordance with the Department of Fair Trading guidelines, factoring in per square meter ratios. Your support not only maintains our high standards but also ensures our Team receives the recognition they deserve.
