How do I list my property?
Simple, contact us for a chat, make sure you are aware of any contractual obligations that already exist with your current listing agent. If you are under no obligation and you have given the agent adequate notice of your leave, we will then discuss our fees and begin the transition and onboarding process to Holiday Partners.
An assessment of your property will be carried out to identify whether property photos and information are up to date, STRA compliance is in place and you are currently Registered, discuss you needs and requirements and build a contract for your property.
From there, we will organise any work that is needed to be carried out on site, organise your listing for our website platform and build the online connections and booking platforms ready for your approval. Once all is in place, we will actively begin presenting and marketing.
